Here’s the giant book cover cake we made for the launch of the book Spanish Village Cooking – Recetas del Campo. It fed about 100 people in total.

It’s made from:

  • 4 x 50cm square bizcochos (Spanish cakes)
  • 2.5l of ganache for filling and crumb coat
  • 3k fondant for covering
  • 500g modelling chocolate for bowl
  • 500g marzipan for fruit and veggies
