Chocolate Coconut Balls – Bolas de Coco y Chocolate – Spanish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g grated coconut
  • 1/2 can 170g condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate and condensed milk in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water.
  2. Add 100g of the grated coconut and mix well.
  3. Leave it in the refrigerator until the mixture hardens (about 30 minutes).
  4. With lightly moistened hands, shape into balls and coat in the remaining grated coconut.
