Here’s the giant book cover cake we made for the launch of the book Spanish Village Cooking – Recetas del Campo. It fed about 100 people in total.
It’s made from:
- 4 x 50cm square bizcochos (Spanish cakes)
- 2.5l of ganache for filling and crumb coat
- 3k fondant for covering
- 500g modelling chocolate for bowl
- 500g marzipan for fruit and veggies
